太龍股份(300650.SZ)：深化在半導體類高科技領域的產業佈局 擬變更公司全稱
格隆匯12月3日丨太龍股份(300650.SZ)公佈，公司根據公司的經營發展需求及未來發展戰略，公司擬將公司全稱由“太龍(福建)商業照明股份有限公司”變更為“太龍電子股份有限公司”，公司擬將英文全稱由“TECNON (FUJIAN) COMMERCIAL LIGHTING CO.,LTD”變更為“TECNON ELECTRONICS CO.,LTD”。公司證券簡稱和證券代碼保持不變。
博思達科技(香港)有限公司及其相關公司(“博思達”)作為射頻前端芯片和傳感芯片等半導體領域知名原廠的專業授權分銷商，從 事消費電子、無線移動、工業等市場的半導體分銷代理業務，並提供全面高效的現場技術支持服務。2020年9月末，公司完成對博思達的100%股權收購，納入合併報表範圍；2021年1-6月，博思達營業收入同比增長111.99%，保持快速增長。
此次收購前，上市公司為客户提供包括照明設計、開發製作、系統服務於一體的商業照明整體解決方案，主要產品包括照明器具、LED顯示屏和光電標識。此次收購完成後，公司以進入半導體分銷及應用方案設計領域為起點，實現了上市公司對半導體行業的戰略佈局。2020年度和2021年1-6月，上市公司合併報表範圍內半導體分銷業務收入分別為7.40億元和25.28億元，占上市公司合併報表營業收入的比例分別為65.35%和92.39%。
未來，上市公司將通過持續的團隊構建、業務佈局和併購投資，深化在半導體類高科技領域的產業佈局，實現公司向科技型企業轉型的戰略目標。
公司現在的全稱“太龍(福建)商業照明股份有限公司”不能準確反映公司的業務構成，為體現公司多業務、事業部制的運營管理架構，以及持續向集團化、科技型企業轉型的發展規劃，並方便市場投資者和業務合作伙伴理解公司的戰略定位和發展方向，公司擬將全稱變更為“太龍電子股份有限公司”，將英文全稱變更為“TECNON ELECTRONICS CO.,LTD”。
