道道全(002852.SZ)：與浙鹽集團簽署戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯12月2日丨道道全(002852.SZ)公佈，近日，公司與浙江省鹽業集團有限公司(“浙鹽集團”)簽署了《戰略合作框架協議》，雙方以“資源互補、網絡共享、品牌互助、共贏發展”為合作宗旨，建立戰略合作關係。
合作基礎： 1、浙鹽集團為食鹽的生產銷售企業，道道全為食用油的生產銷售企業，雙方互為相關行業，在食品行業有產業協同效益，產品互補優勢明顯，可攜手共同研發食品行業相關產品；
2、道道全在華中、西南、西北地區有強大的營銷網絡、區域優勢和品牌優勢，可為浙鹽集團食鹽產品進入華中、西南、西北等地區提供強大的網絡和品牌支持；浙鹽集團擁有浙江省食鹽銷售“一張網”的物流配送體系和倉儲設施基礎，可為道道全在浙江區域提供營銷網絡支撐；
3、浙鹽集團和道道全雙方追求一流品牌的發展理念一致，雙方認為建立”長期、緊密、穩定、共贏”的戰略合作關係有利於充分發揮各自在資源、網絡、品牌和區域等方面的優勢，強強聯合，為推進各自全方位戰略發展提供動力。
合作內容： 1、營銷互助合作。雙方願意充分利用各自的營銷網絡優勢，嫁接資源、賦能合作，提升各自產品的市場佔有率和美譽度，通過網店營銷、直播帶貨、現場地推、產品展銷等方式，助力對方產品的品牌宣傳和業務擴張。
2、渠道嫁接合作。雙方願意充分利用各自主營地域的優勢，全面推進道道全進入浙江區域，助力浙鹽產品進入華中及浙江省外市場，充分藉助雙方的品牌優勢和渠道資源，迅速做大做強各自分銷渠道和市場份額。
3、產品研發合作。雙方願意充分依託各自的產品技術優勢和研發人才隊伍，積極探索以海鹽為基礎原料的新型產品。雙方願意在逐步開放產品研發信息的基礎上，加快推動研發技術人員的交流互鑑，共建聯合研發團隊。
4、戰略投資合作。雙方願意逐步構建起以產業為基礎、以資本為紐帶、以業務為核心的全方位、多角度、分層次的戰略合作體系，積極探索交叉持股、投資聯動、基金共建等資本運作模式，實現產業互動，互利共贏。
該協議的簽署將建立起雙方的戰略合作關係，雙方優勢互補，實現產業互動和互利共贏。有利於公司開拓浙江區域市場，提升銷售渠道和市場份額，增強品牌影響力與核心競爭力，促進公司長遠良好發展，符合公司整體發展戰略規劃。
