格隆匯12月2日丨永鼎股份(600105.SH)公佈,公司於2021年12月2日收到股東東昌廣吿的通知,東昌廣吿於2021年11月17日至12月2日期間通過集中競價交易方式減持公司無限售條件流通股366.29萬股,佔公司總股本比例為0.26525%;同時,受公司2017年股權激勵定向增發及可轉債持續轉股影響,東昌廣吿及其一致行動人持股比例被動稀釋。綜上,東昌廣吿及其一致行動人持股比例由6.95683%減少至5.92375%,累計變動比例超過1%。
