禹洲(01628.HK):項目抵押融資屬市場上常見行為 公司無任何理財產品
《澎湃新聞》引述消息報道,對於市傳禹洲集團(01628.HK)質押深圳總部大樓以獲得11億元人民幣(下同)銀行貸款,禹洲集團回應指出,項目抵押融資是市場上常見的融資行為,具體融資信息因為涉及商業機密不便透露。
同時,公司透露最近一個多月以來獲得新增貸款授信額度達76.5億元。公司是市場上少有的零商票,沒有任何理財產品的公司,擁有較高的安全邊際,而公司開展多種融資方式也均是常規融資,且均以積極主動的債務管理為原則和前提。
