重慶啤酒(600132.SH):子公司擬投建年產50萬千升啤酒產能的生產基地 並設立嘉士伯佛山公司
格隆匯12月1日丨重慶啤酒(600132.SH)公佈,公司控股子公司嘉士伯重慶啤酒有限公司(“嘉士伯重啤”)擬設立全資控股的嘉士伯啤酒(佛山)有限公司(擬定名,“嘉士伯佛山公司”)。
嘉士伯重啤與佛山市三水區西南街道辦事處簽訂《啤酒生產基地項目投資意向書》,投資約10.3億元人民幣購買土地廠房和設備,建設年產50萬千升啤酒產能的生產基地。固定資產投資約10.3億元,並在佛山市設立嘉士伯佛山公司(註冊資本1000萬人民幣)。
