永祥新能源二期高純晶硅正品出爐，再次刷新全球紀錄！
11月30日上午9時，永祥新能源二期還原工段在熱烈的掌聲中迎來了激動人心的時刻：公司5.1萬噸高純晶硅項目首批高純晶硅正品成功出爐！通過質量檢測，產品質量各項指標均優於太陽能級特級品標準，標誌着“第六代永祥法”徹底打破了“質量爬坡期”的行業規律，實現了高質量起步，產品一次性即達到領先水平，有力地證明了永祥管理水平、技術研發實力和科技成果轉化應用成效，進一步彰顯了“改良西門子法”的成熟、可靠。永祥股份董事長兼總經理、永祥新能源總經理李斌攜永祥股份各分子公司主要領導，及各部門負責人現場共同見證了這一歷史時刻。
永祥新能源二期項目高純晶硅成功出爐
永祥新能源二期項目從2020年11月30日政府正式交地開始全面施工，用整好一年的時間完成項目從設計、建設，到調試、量產、達質的全過程，刷新了行業項目工程建設最快紀錄。此次裝置開車過程用時僅110小時，三氯氫硅精製料即達到電子級水準，高純晶硅產品質量指標一次性達到太陽能級特級品以上，打破行業內“半年質量爬坡期”的定律，永祥再次用真實可見的數據刷新了行業認知，持續引領行業發展。同期建設的1000噸電子級驗證線也正緊鑼密鼓按計劃推進，該裝置投產後還將在高純晶硅產品質量上更進一步，向更高質量標準發起衝擊。
項目採用永祥自主知識產權的“第六代永祥法”，採用全新的5萬噸級模塊化建設標準、全過程自動化控制、全封閉物料循環體系、全新能量梯級利用體系，建立了一系列的技術標準、設計標準、施工標準、運行標準、安全標準、質量標準等，為永祥股份樂山、包頭、保山三基地提供了全方位樣板，三基地的建設將會更快、更穩、更優。新技術的採用將使改良西門子工藝的綜合電耗降至45KWh/Kg-Si以內、熱能消耗降至0、硅元素單耗降至1.04、質量提升至電子二級以上，大幅刷新行業先進指標；模塊化建設標準的採用使投資強度刷新行業新低、更合理的佈局使得佔地面積大幅縮減；自動化控制的全面運用將使得萬噸用人縮減至100人以內。5萬噸的模塊化裝置一次性開車成功，質量達標，充分驗證了“第六代永祥法”的先進性、可靠性和高質量，為接下來的發展提供堅實的基礎。
永祥新能源二期首批正品一次性成功，再次夯實了永祥股份全球領先的行業地位。目前，永祥股份已成為擁有云南保山、內蒙古包頭、四川樂山三大基地，已打造出全球單體規模大、綜合能耗低、技術集成新、品質優的智能製造生產線。2021年底公司高純晶硅產能將超過18萬噸。今年6月30日，通威和樂山市政府共同宣佈再新增140億投資，在樂山建設20萬噸高純晶硅項目(永祥能源科技)，屆時隨着一期投產，樂山基地將成為全球首個產能超10萬噸的高純晶硅生產基地。預計公司產能將於2022年達到33萬噸。
