新地(00016.HK)冀未來十年降低25%物業溫室氣體排放
新地(00016.HK)發表最新2020/21年度《可持續發展報告》,設定多個漸進的十年環境目標,包括溫室氣體排放、能源、水資源及建築廢物管理四大方面。
集團提出,以2019/20年度爲基準,於2029/30年度或之前將香港主要投資物業的溫室氣體排放強度降低25%、將耗電強度降低13%及用水強度降低5%。另外,而香港在建項目中,每年的建築廢物分流率達到70%或以上,並爭取爲所有新落成的投資物業取得領先能源與環境設計(LEED)認證。
