中國春來(01969.HK)中期純利大增329.4%，將持續增加入學學生總數
格隆匯11月30日丨中國春來(01969.HK)公佈年度業績，截至2021年8月31日止年度，公司收入為人民幣10.42億元，同比增長48.3%；毛利為人民幣6.31億元，同比增長那70.9%；公司擁有人應占利潤為6.07億元，同比增長329.4%；經調整純利為人民幣3.96億元，同比增長128.7%；基本每股盈利為人民幣51分。
公吿稱，收入增加主要是由於集團在校人數增加所致。
商丘學院應用科技學院的收入由截至2020年8月31日止年度的人民幣1.305億元增加56.0%至截至2021年8月31日止年度的人民幣2.036億元。該增加主要由於在校人數由2019/2020學年的9,748人增至2020/2021學年的14,594人。商丘學院應用科技學院的收入增加乃由於商丘學院應用科技學院提高了適用於2020/2021學年新錄取學生的平均學費費率致使平均學費水平提高所致。
安陽學院的收入由截至2020年8月31日止年度的人民幣3.082億元增加37.9%至截至2021年8月31日止年度的人民幣4.250億元。該增加主要由於在校人數由2019/2020學年的27,675人增至2020/2021學年的34,724人。安陽學院收入的增加亦由於安陽學院提高了適用於2020/2021學年新錄取學生的平均學費費率致使平均學費水平提高所致。
商丘學院的收入由截至2020年8月31日止年度的人民幣2.637億元增加39.9%至截至2021年8月31日止年度的人民幣3.692億元。該增加主要由於在校人數由2019/2020學年的23,975人增至2020/2021學年的30,353人。
健康學院的第一班學生於2020年9月方開始入學，人數為486名。截至2021年8月31日止年度，健康學院的收入為人民幣650萬元。
整體而言，由截至2020年8月31日止年度至截至2021年8月31日止年度，集團學費及住宿費收入分別增加41.1%及189.6%。
公吿稱，為持續增加入學學生總數，公司計劃獲取更多的土地使用權並建造新的教育及生活設施。公司認為，根據擴張計劃增加容量對於配合公司今後擴大招生的發展戰略而言至關重要。公司各學院通常要求學生住校，因此，學院的招生人數很大程度上取決於其學生宿舍的容量。考慮到學生宿舍的性別差異及學生性別結構，目前的容量不足以大幅增加招生人數。公司預計將逐步增加學院容量以實現招生人數與利用率之間的合理平衡。公司認為，計劃的容量增加乃屬適當，且將使公司的學院持續發展。
