津榮天宇(300988.SZ):完成轉讓津榮中和機電51%的股權
格隆匯11月29日丨津榮天宇(300988.SZ)公佈,此前公吿披露,公司於2021年11月25日召開第二屆董事會第二十二次會議,審議通過了《關於轉讓子公司股權的議案》,同意將子公司天津市津榮中和機電有限公司51%的股權以人民幣972.64萬元轉給天津市鴻捷達模具開發有限公司。
截止公吿披露日,天津津榮天宇精密機械股份有限公司已收到此次交易股權轉讓款,並完成了股權轉讓的工商變更登記手續。此次工商變更登記完成後,公司不再持有其股權,不再納入公司合併報表範圍核算。
