綠地香港(00337.HK)訂立合營協議以開發無錫市物業項目

格隆匯11月26日丨綠地香港(00337.HK)公佈,於2021年11月26日,公司的全資子公司東方康橋、新合營夥伴、其他合營夥伴與合營企業無錫綠坤房產開發有限公司訂立合營協議,據此東方康橋、新合營夥伴及其他合營夥伴同意成立合營企業,以就合營企業擁有的目標土地進行物業開發項目;據此,合營企業的註冊資本總額將為人民幣2625萬元,其於緊隨股份登記後由東方康橋、新合營夥伴及其他合營夥伴分別擁有77.6%、20%及2.4%股權。

合營企業主要從事目標土地的物業開發項目。目標土地指位於中國江蘇省無錫市濱湖區湖山路與常青路交叉口東北側的地塊(編號:XDG-2020-47),目標土地的總佔地面積為約138,206平方米,准許容積率1.0至1.5,土地使用權為70年(作住宅土地用途)。

合營企業擬於兩至三年內將目標土地開發為住宅物業。公司明瞭,新合營夥伴是無錫市國有資產監督管理委員會實際控制的大型國有企業,是太湖新城重要的投資、融資、建設管理平台。因此,董事會認為,與新合營夥伴共同開發目標土地乃對集團有利,令集團得以實現協同效益,並與新合營夥伴發展穩固的業務關係,以把握集團及╱或新合營夥伴可能物色到的進一步商機。
