開源控股(01215.HK):Paris Marriott Hotel已重開
格隆匯11月29日丨開源控股(01215.HK)發佈公吿,有關集團旗下的Paris Marriott Hotel(“酒店”)曾因COVID-19疫情而暫時關閉,惟現在已重開。為迎接2024年巴黎奧運會以及預期法國旅遊業將於疫情後獲全面開放,集團正在考慮翻新酒店,並擬於下年年初進行第一階段的翻新工程,其中包括,酒店房間的內部裝修、空調系統、廚房及酒店外牆。翻新期間,集團打算照常開放酒店,以及於不受翻新影響的酒店範圍內繼續經營。集團現正與總承包商就翻新合約磋商。
