卓錦股份(688701.SH):擬使用不超2億元暫時閒置募集資金進行現金管理
格隆匯11月29日丨卓錦股份(688701.SH)公佈,公司於2021年11月29日召開了第三屆董事會第七次會議和第三屆監事會第四次會議,審議通過了《關於使用部分暫時閒置募集資金進行現金管理的議案》,同意公司計劃使用不超過人民幣2億元(包含本數)的暫時閒置募集資金進行現金管理,使用期限自董事會審議通過之日起12個月內有效,在上述額度和期限內,資金可循環滾動使用。董事會授權董事長行使該項決策權及簽署相關法律文件,具體事項由公司財務中心負責組織實施。
