香港科技探索(01137.HK)前三季度盈利預降約78.5%
格隆匯11月29日丨香港科技探索(01137.HK)公佈，於HKTVmall，訂單總商品交易額由截至2020年9月30日止九個月的約43.80億港元，增加約9.1%至截至2021年9月30日止九個月的約47.8億港元；及於HKTVmall 購物的獨立客户數量由截至2020年9月30日止九個月的約95.6萬名，增加約17.4%至截至2021年9月30日止九個月的約112.2萬名，對比截至2020年9月30日止九個月的未經審核盈利及經調整後的扣除利息、税項、折舊及攤銷前盈利分別為1.86億港元及2.81億港元，其截至2021年9月30日止九個月的未經審核盈利及經調整後的扣除利息、税項、折舊及攤銷前盈利分別下跌約78.5%及57.0% 。因此集團預期，對比截至2021年12月31日止年度之盈利及經調整後的扣除利息、税項、折舊及攤銷前盈利，其截至2021年12月31日止年度之盈利及經調整後的扣除利息、税項、折舊及攤銷前盈利將會錄得顯著下降。
截至2021年9月31日止九個月之未經審核盈利及經調整後的扣除利息、税項、折舊及攤銷前盈利下跌主要是基於下列兩個重要因素:
1. 於截至2020年9月30日止九個月內，收取非重複性及非經常性之政府補貼約4900萬港元，而於截至2021年9月30日止九個月內並無收到類似補貼金額。
2. 監於政府的消費券計劃於2021年8月及10月發放，引致香港的零售業競爭加劇，為保持 HKTVmall 的競爭力並及早吸納消費動力，HKTVmall 於2021年7月推出"350 港元購買500港元電子禮券計劃"。該計劃共售出面值約2.88億港元的電子禮券，於2021年7月至10月期間使用。該計劃於2021年第三季度已產生及入賬約7170萬港元的推廣及宣傳費用。而有關該計劃之淨費用約8440萬港元已於2021年7月至10月期間全面入賬至損益表。集團認為該計劃是一項一次性的大型推廣活動，以應對政府消費券計劃帶來的激烈市場競爭。
