格隆匯11月29日丨 維珍妮(02199.HK)公吿,截至2021年9月30日止6個月,公司收入為40.81億港元,同比增長62.1%;公司擁有人應占溢利為2.54億港元,去年同期則虧損為3242.6萬港元;每股盈利為20.8港仙,擬派中期股息每股6.8港仙。
回顧期內,雖然2019冠狀病毒病仍然反覆,但消費者及品牌夥伴已適應後疫情時期的新常態。整體市場需求已恢復疫前水平,尤其是去年受影響較大的傳統貼身內衣類產品,訂單反彈勢頭強勁;而疫情下崛起的居家產品、運動產品、消費電子類產品的熱潮持續。在供給端,原材料漲價、貨運緊張及國內限電等均為整個供應鏈帶來挑戰,但與此同時,研發實力雄厚、具備規模及多區域產能佈局的行內領先企業優勢更加明顯。
憑藉強大的創新設計製造("IDM")能力,維珍妮持續革新工藝及開發生產設備,創造出引領市場趨勢的產品,加上中越戰略產能佈局,從而在疫情下驅動品牌合作夥伴及集團共創雙贏。集團欣見合作多年的品牌夥伴已全面恢復業務,雙方合作關係亦更為緊密。在多項業務及地域市場齊頭並進下,集團上半年收入創歴史新高。其中貼身內衣產品訂單快速反彈,已重回正軌,而且更勝往年。運動產品的增長仍然強勁,當中以運動胸圍尤甚。至於高附加值的消費電子配件業務繼續受惠於生活模式轉變,增長勢頭持續理想。
另一主要增長動力來自中國新零售市場,集團洞察到國內市場疫後高速復甦的增長動力,尤其是電商品牌如雨後春筍般崛起,加上運動風潮席捲全國,因此在疫情依始時已決心做大國內市場。憑藉創新工藝和超卓品質在行內享負盛名,集團迅速與國內多家內衣電商品牌展開合作關係,使新零售渠道銷售期內快速增長,這股增長動力預期於來年仍會持續。
為配合國際品牌合作夥伴發展中國市場的策略,以及集團自身在國內的業務發展,集團正着手優化中國生產佈局。除了進一步退租部分深圳廠房,集團已決定把國內生產基地遷往大灣區內的肇慶新區高新技術產業園,以滿足中國市場對創新內衣、運動服裝等產品的殷切需求。
