鼎勝新材(603876.SH):江蘇沿海因主動減持及被動稀釋致持股比例減少1%
格隆匯11月29日丨鼎勝新材(603876.SH)公佈,近日,由於股東江蘇沿海通過集中競價方式減持公司股份、公司可轉債(“鼎勝轉債”)轉股使公司總股本增加觸發江蘇沿海持股比例被動稀釋,導致其持股比例變動達1%。
其中,江蘇沿海於2021年8月6-11月29日通過集中競價方式累計減持公司股份427.4503萬股,佔公司總股本的0.88%;及可轉債轉股導致的被動稀釋比例為0.12%。
該次權益變動後,江蘇沿海持有上市公司股份比例由4.01%降至3.01%。
