河南新增育兒假夫妻雙方每年10天
格隆匯11月28日丨河南省十三屆人大常委會第二十八次會議昨日表決通過了《河南省人民代表大會常務委員會關於修改〈河南省人口與計劃生育條例〉的決定》,其中明確,在子女年滿三週歲前,每年應當分別給予夫妻雙方十日育兒假,育兒假期間視爲出勤。《決定》自公佈之日起施行。《決定》明確三孩生育政策、取消社會撫養費、刪除發放《獨生子女父母光榮證》等與三孩生育政策不適應的規定。其中明確,一對夫妻(含再婚夫妻)可以生育三個子女;已生育三個子女、有子女經鑑定爲殘疾的夫妻,可以再生育一個子女。
