廣電運通(002152.SZ):子公司廣州銀通擬向深圳銀通增資9.35億元
格隆匯11月26日丨廣電運通(002152.SZ)公佈,為滿足經營發展需要,深圳銀通擬增加註冊資本9.35億元,新增註冊資本由廣州銀通全額認繳。本次增加認繳註冊資本後,深圳銀通的認繳註冊資本由6500萬元增加至10億元,廣州銀通仍持有其100%股權。本次增加認繳註冊資本將促進深圳銀通實現業務加速發展。
深圳廣電銀通金融電子科技有限公司(“深圳銀通”)系公司全資子公司廣州廣電銀通金融電子科技有限公司(“廣州銀通”)的全資子公司。
