樂歌股份(300729.SZ)：擬變更部分募投項目
格隆匯11月26日丨樂歌股份(300729.SZ)公佈，公司於2021年11月26日召開了第四屆董事會第三十六次會議及第四屆監事會第三十次會議，分別審議通過了《關於變更部分募集資金投資項目的議案》，根據公司實際經營情況與未來發展規劃，董事會、監事會同意對募集資金投資項目“線性驅動核心技術產品智能工廠項目”進行變更，該事項尚需經公司2021年第三次臨時股東大會審議通過後方可實施。
根據公司於第四屆董事會第三十六次會議審議通過的《關於調整公司未來三年產能建設規劃的議案》,公司在未來三年擬新建產能整體規劃基本不變的情況下，整體產能建設將主要集中在廣西、越南地區，並通過廣西“線性驅動核心技術智能家居產品智能工廠項目”形成海內外生產製造的協同效應，進一步優化公司國內核心製造，海外外圍製造的生產模式，有效降低公司的建設成本和生產成本，應對全球宏觀形勢和外部環境變化所帶來的風險。
公司於2021年1月13日披露了《關於擬與廣西省合浦縣人民政府簽訂項目投資合同的公吿》，公司擬在廣西壯族自治區北海市合浦縣建設樂歌智慧大健康西部產業園項目，其中，項目一期為建設線性驅動產品的智能工廠及設立跨境電商運營中心和研發中心。近日，廣西樂歌智能家居有限公司就“線性驅動核心技術智能家居產品智能工廠項目”取得了《企業投資項目備案證》。
公司擬將原計劃投入“線性驅動核心技術產品智能工廠項目”中的剩餘募集資金29388.86萬元(具體金額以資金轉出日銀行結息後實際金額為準)全部用於“線性驅動核心技術智能家居產品智能工廠項目”的建設，佔募集資金淨額的42.58%。
原募投項目“線性驅動核心技術產品智能工廠項目”與廣西“線性驅動核心技術智能家居產品智能工廠項目”建設內容相近。此次變更後，公司將終止“線性驅動核心技術產品智能工廠項目”，項目所涉及的土地等將擇機進行整體轉讓。
