亞證地產(00271.HK)延長4500萬港元貸款還款日期
格隆匯11月26日丨亞證地產(00271.HK)發佈公吿,於2019年11月26日,貸款人(公司直接全資附屬公司)與借款人及擔保人訂立貸款協議,據此,貸款人同意按當中所載條款及在所載條件規限下向借款人提供金額為4500萬港元的貸款。
於2021年11月26日,貸款人與借款人及擔保人訂立第二份補充貸款協議,據此,貸款人同意(其中包括)按當中所載條款及在所載條件規限下,將貸款還款日期自2021年11月26日延長至2022年11月25日。於本公佈日期,貸款悉數仍未償還。
