自動駕駛出行服務進入商業化試點，百度和小馬智行成首批企業

11月25日消息，在今日舉行的北京亦莊創新發布上，北京市高級別自動駕駛示範區工作辦公室公佈，北京正式開放國內首個自動駕駛出行服務商業化試點，這標誌着國內自動駕駛領域從測試示範邁入商業化試點探索新階段。
據瞭解，百度和小馬智行成爲首批獲許開展商業化試點服務的企業，在北京經開區內60平方公裏的範圍內擁有超過700個站點，合計投入近100輛自動駕駛車輛開展商業化試點服務。依據管理政策，在保障市場公平競爭原則的前提下，企業可採取市場化定價機制。需向乘客明確收費原則、支付方式等信息，方可開啓收費服務。
搜狐科技瞭解到，在收費功能向公衆推送首日，一位北京亦莊居民使用百度Apollo自動駕駛出行服務平臺“蘿蔔快跑”完成首單付費。這是北京市啓動自動駕駛商業化試點以來，產生的首單自動駕駛付費訂單。
根據發佈的《北京市智能網聯汽車政策先行區自動駕駛出行服務商業化試點管理實施細則（試行）》（下稱實施細則），在市場層面，鼓勵和引導自動駕駛出行服務商業模式探索和創新，並統籌技術更新迭代和產業發展；在網絡數據安全層面，明確在商業化試點中採集的數據未經批準不得出境，同時要求企業進行網絡安全管理；在申請審覈方面，《實施細則》從事前、事中、事後三維度對申請主體、車、人、平臺等對象的合規性做出了詳盡要求；在服務監督和違規管理方面，構建新型的服務、客訴和定價等管理機制保障市場化公平競爭。
百度董事長兼CEO李彥宏在此前發佈的財報中表示，百度自動駕駛出行服務平臺“蘿蔔快跑”正在常態化商業運營，三季度“蘿蔔快跑”提供了11.5萬次乘車服務，這使得百度成爲全球最大的自動駕駛出行服務提供商。目前，百度Apollo測試總裏程超過1600萬公裏，“蘿蔔快跑”已在北京、上海、廣州、長沙、滄州五地開放常態化運營，預計到2025年將擴展到65個城市，到2030年擴展至100個城市。
百度此前已在不斷探索自動駕駛出行服務商業化運營。今年4月底，百度Apollo宣佈開啓無人駕駛商業化全新階段，開啓常態化商業運營，向公衆全面開放。自今年5月2日起，公衆通過百度Apollo GO App約車，即可在北京首鋼園等區域，以每單30元體驗共享無人車出行服務。官方數據顯示，自5月2日開啓商業化運營以來，首鋼園內的百度Apollo無人駕駛Robotaxi在4天“五一”假期內共完成848單，日均接單212單，接待乘客1500人次。
百度和小馬智行此前還獲得無人化測試資格。今年10月15日，北京市智能網聯汽車政策先行區正式開放無人化測試場景，首批爲百度、小馬智行兩家企業頒發北京市智能網聯汽車政策先行區無人化道路測試通知書，正式在北京開啓“主駕位無安全員”的自動駕駛無人化測試。
