四川路橋(600039.SH)澄清：未簽訂過相關‘四川路橋’的民生信託產品涉及的底層資產合同
格隆匯11月25日丨四川路橋(600039.SH)公佈澄清公吿，公司接到投資者反映，同時關注到有媒體報道：“兩隻名稱中帶有‘四川路橋’的民生信託產品發生延期，這兩隻信託產品分別名為‘民生信託致信1091號四川路橋建設特定資產收益權集合資金信託計劃’、‘民生信託致信1093號四川路橋建設特定資產收益權集合資金信託計劃’”。
經公司核實，公司並未簽訂過上述兩隻信託產品涉及的底層資產合同，敬請廣大投資者理性投資，注意投資風險。
針對投資者反映和報道中提及的問題，公司澄清及説明如下：
1、中國民生信託有限公司以公司全資子公司四川公路橋樑建設集團有限公司(“路橋集團”)宜賓市鹽坪壩長江大橋及連接線工程項目經理部與天津華航供應鏈集團有限公司簽訂的編號為SRBG-LG-JL-2019-055、SRBG-LG-JL-2019-069《型材買賣合同》作為底層資產發行了“至信1091號路橋建設特定資產收益權集合資金信託計劃”；以公司全資子公司路橋集團川南城際鐵路自貢至宜賓線臨港長江大橋站前工程CN-7標項目經理部與天津華航供應鏈集團有限公司簽訂的編號為SRBG-LG-JL-2019-026、SRBG-LG-JL-2019-037《型材買賣合同》作為底層資產發行了“至信1093號四川路橋特定資產收益權集合資金信託計劃”。
經公司核查，公司全資子公司路橋集團宜賓市鹽坪壩長江大橋及連接線工程項目經理部和川南城際鐵路自貢至宜賓線臨港長江大橋站前工程CN-7標項目經理部從未與天津華航供應鏈集團有限公司簽訂過上述合同。
2.公司在中國信託登記有限責任公司官網查詢發現，民生信託在2020年9月23日發起更正登記，將上述兩隻產品進行更正登記：“中國民生信託-至信1091號路橋建設特定資產收益權集合資金信託計劃”更正為“中國民生信託至信1091號特定資產收益權集合資金信託計劃”；“中國民生信託-至信1093號四川路橋特定資產收益權集合資金信託計劃”更正為“中國民生信託-至信1093號特定資產收益權集合資金信託計劃”。
3、中國民生信託有限公司發行的“至信1091號路橋建設特定資產收益權集合資金信託計劃”和“至信1093號四川路橋特定資產收益權集合資金信託計劃”產品與公司無關，公司並未參與上述信託計劃的發行。
