波司登(03998.HK)公佈中期業績 純利增長31.4% 毛利率升至50.5%
格隆匯11月25日丨波司登(03998.HK)公吿,截至2021年9月30日止6個月,公司收入增加15.6%至約人民幣53.9億元,期間毛利率提升2.7個百分點至50.5%,經營溢利率提升0.5個百分點至14.8%,公司權益股東應占溢利上升31.4%至約人民幣6.4億元,董事會宣派中期股息每股普通股4.5港仙。
2021/22財年,集團確立了成為全球領先的羽絨服專家的品牌定位,以用户為中心,以品牌為引領,聚焦打造渠道領先、商品領先、形象領先、零售領先、用户經營領先,實現品牌羽絨服業務的穩定、高質量增長。
期間品牌羽絨服業務仍為集團的最大收入來源,錄得收入約為人民幣34.73億元,佔總收入的64.5%,同比上升16.2%;貼牌加工管理業務錄得收入約為人民幣14.28億元,佔總收入的26.5%,同比增長16.2%;多元化服裝業務錄得收入約為人民幣7180萬元,佔總收入的1.3%,同比上升129.2%。
產品創新層面,集團進一步發揮所長,聚焦尖端、時尚領軍產品研發,以技術領先帶動中高端產品佔比攀升,以設計賦能產品系列化、時尚化、品牌化。
渠道升級層面,集團更強調渠道結構的穩步升級,在關注當地購物中心、核心地帶門店佈局提升的同時,亦非常關注“2+13”個重點城市(即,北京、上海及其他13個一線及新一線城市)的拓展和打造。同時,通過終端店鋪形象加速迭代,主流渠道旺店助銷,鞏固並進一步提升終端門店的經營能力和銷售效率。
本財年上半年,集團持續利用企業微信建立與顧客更加便捷的溝通橋樑,新增企業微信好友152萬,波司登品牌微信公眾號粉絲累計超過600萬,抖音官方賬號粉絲累計超過220萬。波司登品牌天貓平台擁有註冊會員488萬人,其中30歲以下年輕消費者佔比約為43.2%,較去年同期有明顯增長。會員復購金額佔會員購買總額達到了38.8%。
集團高度重視產品的技術創新,將科研技術創新納入到供應鏈重要核心戰略,並持續加重投入。在本財年上半年,集團承接南極科考、登峯產品的技術、質量服務,共申報專利112項,含發明、實用及外觀專利,取得之前年度申請專利證書28份,為羽絨服專家提供了專利技術、背書支撐。本財年上半年,集團大規模應用投產無異味羽絨,已掌握了羽絨去異味的產品羽絨氣味的核心技術。截止本公吿日期,集團已累計全部專利311項(含發明、實用新型及外觀專利)。
此外,2021年8月,世界權威市場調查機構歐睿國際完成2020年羽絨服產品零售渠道銷售額、銷售量統計,結果顯示,波司登集團羽絨服規模全球第一,銷售額、銷售量同時位列第一,這意味着波司登集團已位列全球羽絨服第一梯隊。
2021年9月,波司登品牌官宣品牌代言人,新一季的時尚系列廣吿大片一經發布,即刻引起消費者的熱議,收穫大量好評。同月,波司登品牌全新品牌廣吿片和形象大片上線,全面引爆一線、新一線等全國核心城市。海陸空矩陣式投放核心城市、核心商圈、户外高鐵、以及分眾梯媒等用户觸點。實現短時間內高曝光,高觸達的媒體效應。
