港交所:近年改良上市規則已見成果
港交所(00388.HK)上市主管陳翊庭於證監會論壇上表示,近年港交所多次改良上市規則,便利不同業務性質的公司來港上市集資,已開始見到成果。她舉例指,近年容許未有收入的生物科技公司上市為成功一例。
她指改良上市規則並非意味放鬆上市監管,不過未來或會繼續進一步改良上市規則,以便利新興行業例如人工智能及無人駕駛等公司來港上市集資。
被問及即將公布諮詢結果的特殊目的收購公司(SPAC)要求為何較美國市場更加嚴格,她指本港一向不會直接參考某個市場的監管要求,會將之調整以適合本港市場。
