四洲集團(00374.HK)預期中期總收益約23.54億港元
格隆匯11月24日丨四洲集團(00374.HK)公吿,集團預期於截至2021年9月30日止6個月總收益約23.54億港元(2020年同期:約21.85億港元),將錄得公司權益所有者應占溢利介乎1470萬港元至1600萬港元。
儘管收益增長令人鼓舞,由於經濟仍受到COVID-19影響,集團業務於有關期間營商環境仍然充滿挑戰。溢利減少主要由於(a)銷售成本增加導致毛利率減少,包括原材料成本及運輸╱貨運費用價格上漲產生生產成本;(b)來自香港政府防疫抗疫基金計劃已收援助金額減少至約540萬港元;(c)其他經營開支較去年同期增加約310萬港元;及(d)應占聯營公司損益相互抵銷,幾乎為零。公司進一步留意到上述預期公司權益所有者應占期內溢利為於期內就若干新收購經營資產進行業務合併所確認除税後臨時議價購買收益約300萬港元。
