中國燃氣(00384.HK)與北燃集團訂立戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯11月24日丨中國燃氣(00384.HK)宣佈，於2021年11月24日，公司與北京市燃氣集團有限責任公司("北燃集團")訂立戰略合作框架協議。
雙方本着"誠信合作、優勢互補、互惠互利、共同發展"的原則，優化能源結構並推廣天然氣的綜合利用，就天然氣進口、下游天然氣供應以及天津南港液化天然氣("LNG")應急儲備項目(包括LNG接收站、儲罐及外輸管道等項目)的天然氣利用達成以下戰略合作框架協議。
根據戰略合作框架協議，公司及北燃集團達成以下合作內容：
1.雙方發揮各自在天然氣資源、LNG儲運、天然氣下游市場方面的優勢，展開北京市外部的天然氣相關項目合作；
2.雙方探索在上游天然氣資源採購、下游天然氣資源供應等方面的合作；
3.針對天津南港LNG應急儲備項目，在保障北京市天然氣應急保供的前提下，北燃集團支持公司開展接收站加工服務、管道天然氣銷售等業務合作；
4.雙方在全國LNG分銷、運輸、貿易等方面進行合作，藉助"全國一張網"，通過雙方下游分銷的彈性和靈活調度能力，提高LNG接收站的整體效益；
5.雙方同意將根據市場需求，在市場化原則下進一步落實相關合作協議；及
6.北燃集團利用上游和儲運設施的優勢，積極為公司提供穩定的及具有價格優勢的資源；公司承諾在多氣源供給區域，同等條件下，優先使用北燃集團提供資源。
天津南港LNG應急儲備項目(包括LNG接收站、儲罐及外輸管道等項目)的項目規模：接收站總接卸能力500萬噸╱年，儲罐10座(2×20萬立方米，8×22萬立方米)，外輸管道輸氣能力為6000萬立方米╱天。預計二零二二年年底完成接收站工程。
集團認為合作框架協議將充分發揮雙方在各自業務領域的資產與資源優勢，強強結合，實現共贏。此次合作有助於推動集團核心的天然氣業務以輕資產方式向中上游延伸，逐步打造完整的LNG一體化產業鏈。通過獲得並確保中長期LNG接收站的使用權，推動海外直採氣源的簽訂，有助於增加氣源供應的穩定性，降低氣源採購成本，從而使集團取得更大的企業效益與社會效益，為股東創造更大的價值。
