朗詩綠色生活(01965.HK)與東陽市國置物業成立合營公司
朗詩綠色生活(01965.HK)公布,間接全資附屬南京朗拓物業管理與獨立第三方東陽市國置物業服務訂立合作協定,將成立合營公司,南京朗拓物業擁有49%權益及由東陽物業擁有51%權益。
合營公司主要從事提供物業管理服務,成立後東陽物業計劃協調於2023年12月前,將「農房集聚區項目」分兩期交由合營公司進行市場化物業管理,涉及面積約130萬平方米。此外,待農房集聚區項目交由合營公司管理之後,東陽物業會將目前在管約約37萬平方米物業項目,亦交由合營公司管理。
合營公司之註冊資本將為1,000萬元人民幣,及將由訂約方按各自股權比例繳納,公司將以現金向合營公司股本注資最多490萬元人民幣,將以內部資源撥付。
