《新股消息》中國中免通過港交所上市聆訊 集資用於拓展海外渠道
內地連鎖免稅店營運商中國中免(601888.SH)獲準在香港上市,於聯交所上載的聆訊後資料集顯示,集資將用於拓展海外渠道包括開設海外市內及口岸免稅店、鞏固國內渠道、促進產業鏈延伸等。
公司目前經營194間店鋪,當中188間在內地覆蓋逾90個城市,以及在香港、澳門和柬埔寨經營的6家境外免稅店。聯席保薦人爲中金公司及瑞銀。
中國中免日前公佈,已獲中證監批準發行最多1.95億股H股。早前有市場消息指,中免預期將集資50億美元,料成爲香港今年內最大型上市個案。
