艾伯科技(02708.HK)與深圳阿爾巴文化體育發展訂立電競館5G技術應用合作合同
格隆匯11月18日丨艾伯科技(02708.HK)公吿，鑑於公司附屬公司深圳市艾伯通信有限公司("艾伯通信")與深圳市阿爾巴文化體育發展有限公司("阿爾巴文化體育發展")(合稱"雙方")在各自行業領域中有着專業的團隊能力與豐富的資源優勢，為優化和共享資源，雙方本着平等合作、互惠互利的原則，依據《中華人民共和國民法典》及相關法律、法規，經友好協商就艾伯通信5G技術在阿爾巴文化體育發展某知名電競品牌的"電競館"建設和運營中應用的合作有關事宜，於2021年11月18日達成某知名電競品牌的電競館5G技術應用合作合同。
阿爾巴文化體育發展是在廣東省深圳市成立的有限責任公司，主要經營文化體育活動及體育比賽經紀代理，致力於電競事業新業態的推廣和發展，整合電競運動的健康新生態系統，擁有豐富的IP資源，前沿的雲技術應用，是一傢俱有深度、廣度、責任與創新的企業。
阿爾巴文化體育發展規劃2023年4月23日前，在深圳市投資建設和運營300家某知名電競品牌的"電競館"，其中僅2021年底前將建設和運營超過60家。每家某知名電競品牌的電競館的休閒專區可同時容納30–200人不等。
同時，阿爾巴文化體育發展規劃在深圳以外的其他大城市開始廣泛建設運營某知名電競品牌的"電競館"，預計全國範圍內建設和運營某知名電競品牌的"電競館"將達6,600家。
