海南發展(002163.SZ)：已完成非公開協議受讓免税品集團45%股權
格隆匯11月18日丨海南發展(002163.SZ)公佈，此前披露，2021年1月22日，公司第七屆董事會第七次會議審議通過了《關於以非公開協議方式受讓海南海控免税品集團有限公司股權涉及關聯交易的議案》，同意公司以非公開協議轉讓方式受讓海南海控免税品集團有限公司(“免税品集團”)45%股權。
近日，免税品集團已完成上述事項的工商變更登記手續，並取得了海南省市場監督管理局換髮的新《營業執照》，公司持股45%。
該公司經營範圍：許可項目：免税商店商品銷售；煙草製品零售；食品經營；海關監管貨物倉儲服務(不含危險化學品)；城市配送運輸服務(不含危險貨物)；保健食品銷售；藥品零售；食品經營(銷售散裝食品)；進出口代理；貨物進出口；消毒器械銷售；食品互聯網銷售；食品互聯網銷售(銷售預包裝食品)；嬰幼兒配方乳粉銷售；酒類經營(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)
一般項目：日用百貨銷售；商業綜合體管理服務；化粧品零售；廚具衞具及日用雜品零售；第一類醫療器械銷售；第二類醫療器械銷售；日用口罩(非醫用)銷售；家用電器銷售；電子產品銷售；母嬰用品銷售；市場營銷策劃；廣吿發布(非廣播電台、電視台、報刊出版單位)；服裝服飾零售；鐘錶銷售；眼鏡銷售(不含隱形眼鏡)；非居住房地產租賃；日用家電零售；食用農產品零售；新鮮水果零售；鮮肉零售；鞋帽零售；文具用品零售；體育用品及器材零售；珠寶首飾零售；工藝美術品及收藏品零售(象牙及其製品除外)；樂器零售；照相器材及望遠鏡零售；寵物食品及用品零售；水產品零售；穀物銷售；棉、麻銷售；針紡織品及原料銷售；遊藝及娛樂用品銷售；皮革製品銷售；音響設備銷售；玩具銷售；衞生陶瓷製品銷售；金銀製品銷售；物業管理；五金產品製造；會議及展覽服務；互聯網銷售(除銷售需要許可的商品)；箱包銷售；可穿戴智能設備銷售；特種陶瓷製品銷售；日用玻璃製品銷售(除許可業務外，可自主依法經營法律法規非禁止或限制的項目)(一般經營項目自主經營，許可經營項目憑相關許可證或者批准文件經營)(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動。)
