有研究指恆大(03333.HK)債務和內房危機令亞洲十大養老和投資基金損失100億美元
市場資訊研究公司DMSA表示,中國恆大(03333.HK)債務和中國房地產行業危機,目前導致亞洲十大養老和投資基金損失約100億美元,其中最大的恆大債券敞口約12億美元;DMSA更預計國際投資者因恆大相關信貸違約掉期(CDS)投資而進一步損失1,580億美元。
DMSA認為,若恆大破產,這十大基金到目前為止將會損失90億美元,當中並未計及其他估值高但瀕臨破產的房企。
