VICON HOLDINGS(03878.HK)預計中期淨虧損不少於1400萬港元
格隆匯11月17日丨VICON HOLDINGS(03878.HK)公佈,集團預期截至2021年9月30日止六個月將錄得不少於1400萬港元的淨虧損,而截至2020年9月30日止六個月期間則錄得淨溢利約1050萬港元。
董事會認為預期淨虧損乃主要由於以下因素的綜合影響造成:1.新冠病毒疫情爆發使市場上(特別是私營版塊或公司的目標市場區域)的建築工程數量減少,導致出現激烈競爭,使集團該期間的收入及毛利下降;2.集團於該期間完成的若干項目的合約金額較低;及3.考慮到建築材料價格的大幅波動以及供應鏈中斷加劇該波動,管理層採取審慎的做法,於其標書中採用不太進取的定價,導致投標價格競爭力下降,從而減少了期間獲得的大型項目數量。
