時代新材(600458.SH):子公司時代華先擬通過增資擴股方式增資1.9億元
格隆匯11月17日丨時代新材(600458.SH)公佈,公司控股子公司株洲時代華先材料科技有限公司(“時代華先”)擬通過增資擴股方式融入資金,增資金額1.9億元。其中,公司擬以其所持有的控股子公司時代華先9000萬元債權向時代華先增資,時代華先擬通過在北京產權交易所公開掛牌方式引入外部戰略投資者,增資金額1億元(新引入外部戰略投資者佔股不超過19.82%,最終以摘牌結果為準),債轉股、掛牌價格以時代華先資產評估價值為依據確定。
