《美洲數據》加拿大10月季調後新屋動工量意外續降5.3%
加拿大抵押住房公司(CMHC)公佈,經季節調整(下同)後,加拿大10月新屋動工量連降5個月,且按月降幅意外進一步擴至5.3%,以年率計降至23.6554萬間(前值下修降至24.9922萬間),屢創去年12月以來最低,市場原預期回升至年率計25.5萬間。
期內,城市動工量按月續降3.7%,至年率計21.4797萬間;其中多單元動工按月降幅再度擴至5.3%,年率計降至15.6781萬間,獨立屋動工按月轉升1%,以年率計回升至5.8016萬間,結束連月下降。至於10月農村地區新屋動工量年率計料回落至2.1757萬間,結束連月增加。
