海昌海洋公園(02255.HK)已成功簽署逾70餘個項目管理合作服務協議
格隆匯11月16日丨海昌海洋公園(02255.HK)公吿，集團海洋文化輕資產管理輸出業務最新進展。集團於近期簽署一系列管理輸出合作服務協議，內容有關包括但不限於研策諮詢、設計總包、建設監理諮詢及運營諮詢等全流程項目合作，旨在為吉林省長春市居然之家一項目、河北省唐山市開平區一項目以及江蘇省南京市棲霞山景區一項目提供全方位的文旅休閒服務及解決方案。
長春居然之家項目位於長春市居然家生活MALL六層，總佔地面積約7,000平方米，將打造全新一代的城市中心水族萌寵探索體驗館，為長春市民提供家庭城市休閒新體驗。本集團將為該項目提供研策、設計、施工至運營全產業鏈服務，該項目為海昌產品矩陣中的重要一環，亦為居然家新零售集團全面佈局體驗型的新商業項目提供有力支持。
唐山開平項目位於唐山市開平區開越路，項目前身為第五屆河北省園林博覽會中的園林藝術館，建築面積約15,000平方米。自2021年10月18日閉幕後，原場地由當地政府計劃打造為服務唐山市民以及周邊地區的文旅休閒性項目。本集團將結合多年在海洋娛樂產品的研發、建設落地及運營經營經驗為唐山開平項目提供技術支持。南京棲霞山項目位於南京市棲霞山景區正門附近，範圍面積約30,000平方米。項目地塊周邊道路四通八達，緊鄰地鐵軌道交通和高速公路，五公里半徑內人口約68萬人口，市場潛力巨大。本集團將助力打造新型海洋主題酒店和商業綜合體，旨在為南京旅遊帶來新元素、新體驗。
截至公吿日期，集團已成功簽署逾70餘個項目管理合作服務協議，服務期限不等，各項目服務內容亦不盡相同。此外，仍有若干潛在項目在洽談中。
董事會認為，以上三個項目為集團拓展海洋文化輕資產管理輸出業務的重要里程碑，三個項目所簽署之協議皆屬於全流程的項目合作服務協議，集團輕資產模式"運營即服務"OAAS,OperationAsAService已經邁入全新的戰略發展期。未來，集團將着眼於三大場景，分別為主題樂園╱休閒度假文旅場景、休閒娛樂主題消費場景以及主題酒店╱度假村場景，依託核心資產，聚力輕資產業務，提供文旅休閒服務及解決方案，打造以海洋文化為特色的生活娛樂平台型公司。
