WT集團(08422.HK)擬折價4.5%配股 最多籌840萬港元
格隆匯11月16日丨WT集團(08422.HK)宣佈,於2021年11月16日,公司擬向不少於六名承配人配售最多2億股新股(佔經擴大後公司股份約16.67%),每股配售價0.042港元,較11月16日收市價折讓約4.5%。
假設所有配售股份均獲悉數配售,配售事項的估計所得款項總額及所得款項淨額將分別爲約840萬港元及約810萬港元。公司擬將有關所得款項淨額用作集團的一般營運資金及改善集團的財務狀況,其將有助於建立及增強集團的現有及未來業務。
