格隆匯11月16日丨德展健康(000813.SZ)公佈,2021年11月15日,公司收到渤海信託向公司兑付的信託本金4,488,731.11元、信託利息655,608.13元,截至目前,尚餘19141萬元本金和投資收益未兑付。後續公司將繼續積極與渤海信託溝通催收剩餘款項,同時公司已與美林控股集團有限公司等相關各方達成初步意向,上述理財產品無法按期收回的款項將根據《股份轉讓協議》的約定,由相關當事人按照協議約定履行相關義務和承諾。
