格隆匯11月16日丨順誠(00531.HK)公吿,根據對集團截至2021年10月31日止10個月的未經審核綜合管理賬目及集團現時可得資料作出的初步審閲,集團在正常市場的情況下預期截至2021年12月31日止年度("年度")錄得盈利不低於約2650萬美元,對比2020年同期則為虧損約1570萬美元。
財務表現有所改善主要是由於(其中包括)(i)需求上升及有效控制成及經營開支,使集團的毛利率及經營利潤率提高;及(ii)集團於年度將位於中華人民共和國的經營廠址由自用物業更改為租賃物業用途使可收回金額增加,因此撥回物業、廠房及設備的減值約700萬美元所致。
