中國汽車新零售(00526.HK)預計中期由虧轉盈
格隆匯11月16日丨中國汽車新零售(00526.HK)公佈,公司預期於截至2021年9月30日止六個月將會錄得利潤,而於2020年同期則錄得淨虧損。
該利潤增長主要乃由於以下各項所致:(1)集團於上年同期內錄得商譽減值虧損約人民幣1.65億元,而於中期期間則並無有關虧損;(2)出售兩項投資物業而錄得收益約人民幣4000萬元;及(3)製造及貿易、零售、批發以及投資控股分部的毛利由上年同期約人民幣2.34億元增加至中期期間約人民幣2.76億元,相當於增加約人民幣4260萬元。
