中金公司發表研究報吿指,今年房屋銷售大幅反彈的可能性很小,主要是由於對價格上漲的預期減弱以及潛在買家的觀望情緒增強,房地產銷售下跌情況可能會持續到明年第一季度,看好基本面強勁的開發商,包括保利發展(600048.SH)、萬科(2202.HK)、龍湖(0960.HK)、華潤置地(1109.HK)、旭輝(0884.HK)等。中金估計,今年第四季內房政策或有微調,以平復市場期望,而首季信貸亦可望恢復,但期間銷售可能持續下跌。
