據報多家內房在銀行間市場密集發債 總額近300億人幣
《每日經濟新聞》報道,近期多家內房企業在銀行間市場成功發債,根據不完全統計,包括保利發展(600048.SH)、招商蛇口(001979.SZ)及金地集團(600383.SH)等在內的超過20家內房在銀行間市場發債,金額3億至30億元人民幣(下同)不等,融資總金額近300億元。
單計上週四及週五(11至12日)就有20餘家房企披露擬發行或完成發行短期債券和中期票據,當中包括招商蛇口、保利發展、金地集團、上海建工(600170.SH)、光明地產(600708.SH)及棲霞建設(600533.SH)
等。
報道指出,是次發債的企業以國企和央企爲主,且主體評級和債券評級的等級均較高。此外,從上述內房募集資金的用途來看,主要用於償還發行人於銀行間市場發行的債務融資工具。
