力高集團(01622.HK)提前回購美元票據且獲管理層增持 經營穩健前景獲看好

11月15日,力高集團(01622.HK)發佈公吿稱,公司已於公開市場回購部分票據總本金額6834.8萬美元。包括回購票據本金額3850萬美元的於2022年到期的8%優先票據;回購票據本金額1561.1萬美元的於2022年到期的11%優先票據;回購票據本金額1423.7萬美元的於2024年到期的9.9%優先票據。
在房地產市場不斷變化的當下,力高提前回購2022年4月、8月以及2024年到期的美元債,主動管理債務,持續改善信貸指標,不僅有效提振市場信心,體現出力高充裕的流動性,也展現了其責任與擔當。
銷售業績穩步提升 財務結構持續改善
今年以來,面對行業新形勢,力高積極擁抱變化,穩步提升銷售業績,加快銷售回款,持續保持充沛的現金流,堅定打造企業穩固發展的基本盤,在競爭激烈的環境中緊抓機遇,抵禦風險。數據顯示,力高集團今年前10個月累計實現的合約銷售額約為人民幣368.1億元,合約銷售面積約169.0萬平方米。根據克而瑞研究中心發佈的《2021年1-10月中國房地產企業銷售TOP100排行榜》,力高集團位列全口徑銷售榜第71位,操盤榜第78位。
近年來,力高集團持續推動財務結構的改善,提升抗風險能力,整體財務狀況良好。半年報顯示,截至今年上半年末,力高總現金及現金等價物約為人民幣153.8億元,資金流動性充足;淨負債權益比率51.1%。同時,力高集團積極拓展融資管道,加強資金管理,提高資金使用效率,持續降低融資成本。上半年,力高成功發行首筆可持續發展美元債2.85億美元,並作為中資發行人中首位發行可持續點心債6億人民幣,並與南洋商業銀行簽訂雙邊貸款協議。
此外,近期力高集團發佈了多項高管增持計劃,彰顯了高管團隊對於公司未來發展的信心,以及對公司長期投資價值的認可。數據顯示,力高集團在9月20-23日獲公司總裁黃若青增持共1172.8萬股;在9月23日至10月21日獲執行董事兼主席黃若虹增持共3302.8萬股。連續增持反映了管理層對公司整體發展前景和增長潛力的信心。
