融太集團(01172.HK)預計中期淨虧損約1億港元
格隆匯11月15日丨融太集團(01172.HK)公佈,與2020年同期的公司擁有人應占溢利約800萬港元相比,預期集團將於截至2021年9月30日止六個月錄得公司擁有人應占虧損約1億港元。
董事會認為,集團的業績由盈轉虧乃主要受物業發展業務的除税後虧損淨額約1億港元(2020年:除税後溢利約400萬港元)的影響,乃由於就中國四川省自貢市物業發展項目於2021年9月30日計提物業存貨減值撥備導致。公司按成本及可變現淨值之較低者計量物業存貨,及因物業賬面值超過其可回收金額而產生之減值虧損計提撥備。
