馬斯克指售股應付行使認股權稅單是稅務最大化
美國電動車生產商特斯拉(TSLA.US)行政總裁馬斯克在社交平臺Twitter貼文,迴應有評論稱馬斯克若出售認股權而非持股,最終所持股份數量會更多的說法。他指上週出售近70億美元特斯拉股份是稅務最大化多於最小化。
馬斯克在貼文中指出,小心的觀察員應發現他售股價格遠高於行使認股權價格,因此有關行爲不是讓他稅務最小化,而是最大化。
馬斯克早前表示要行使大量認股權,將導致鉅額稅單,須出售部分持股應付。他截至上週五(12日)共出售69億美元股份。
