海南瑞澤(002596.SZ)：向銀行申請的2.5億元流動資金貸款展期6個月
格隆匯11月12日丨海南瑞澤(002596.SZ)公佈，2020年5月11日，公司與海南銀行股份有限公司(“海南銀行”)簽署了《流動資金貸款合同》、《最高額抵押合同》等，公司向海南銀行申請綜合授信3.5億元人民幣，其中流動資金貸款額度2.5億元人民幣，貸款期限18個月，貸款到期日2021年11月14日。
現根據公司實際經營的需要，公司董事會同意公司向海南銀行申請將上述貸款本金展期，金額為人民幣2.5億元，展期期限6個月。擔保方式如下：(1)以公司擁有的三亞市崖城鎮創意產業園區A41-1/2地塊面積66,666.52平方米土地及地上建築面積24,361.43平方米工業房地產，提供抵押擔保；(2)公司全資子公司肇慶市金崗水泥有限公司以名下擁有的《不動產權證》粵(2017)肇慶高要不動產權第0009799號、《不動產權證》粵(2017)肇慶高要不動產權第0009800號、《不動產權證》粵(2017)肇慶高要不動產權第0009801號、《不動產權證》粵(2017)肇慶高要不動產權第0009802號、《不動產權證》粵(2017)肇慶高要不動產權第0009803號、《不動產權證》粵(2017)肇慶高要不動產權第0009804號上的土地及地上建築物提供抵押擔保。(3)以公司擁有的位於三亞市田獨鎮迎賓大道 09-11-3 地塊17,272.36平方米土地及地上建築面積3,641.58平方米的房產提供抵押擔保；(4)公司全資子公司三亞新大興園林生態有限公司以位於三亞市三亞灣海坡開發區建築面積為128.56平方米的房產提供抵押擔保；(5)公司實際控制人之一馮活靈先生以其持有的公司1000萬股股票提供質押擔保；(6)公司以持有的全資子公司肇慶市金崗水泥有限公司100%股權提供質押擔保；(7)公司實際控制人張海林、張藝林提供個人連帶責任保證擔保；(8)公司股東三亞大興集團有限公司提供連帶責任保證擔保。具體事項以雙方簽訂的相關展期協議約定為準。
