華寶股份(300741.SZ)：受讓日初基金500萬美元的基金權益
格隆匯11月11日丨華寶股份(300741.SZ)公佈，公司全資子公司 Sino Investment High-tech Limited(中投科技有限公司，“中投科技”)於2021年11月11日分別與Photosynthesis Holding Co., Ltd.、Dayone Capital Fund I GP Ltd 及Dayone Capital Fund I GP Ltd、Chen Feng、Dayone Capital Fund I SLP L.P.簽訂了《Transfer Agreement under the Amended and Restated Agreement of Exempted Limited Partnership of Dayone Capital Fund I L.P.》(“《轉讓協議》”)及《Amended and Restated Agreement of Exempted Limited Partnership of Dayone Capital Fund I L.P.》(“《合夥協議》”)，中投科技受讓 Photosynthesis Holding Co., Ltd.持有的Dayone Capital Fund I L.P.(“日初基金”)500萬美元的基金權益，其中已實繳152.4287萬美元、尚未實繳347.5713萬美元。受讓完成後，中投科技作為有限合夥人持有日初基金0.7929%的權益。
截至公吿披露日，日初基金已設立完成，規模為6.306億美元。
此次投資的基金聚焦消費領域，通過投資該基金，公司在獲取合理投資回報的同時，可以建立與投資標的的廣泛合作關係，有利於公司業務拓展及產業鏈延伸，為公司帶來更多的商業機會，實現資本和業務的有機高效整合。
