均勝電子(600699.SH)：汽車安全事業部擬引入戰略投資者 其控股主體將變更為安徽均勝控股
格隆匯11月11日丨均勝電子(600699.SH)公佈，為進一步促進公司汽車安全業務的發展，公司汽車安全事業部擬引入戰略投資者先進製造產業投資基金二期(有限合夥)(“先進製造業基金二期”)、合肥建恆新能源汽車投資基金合夥企業(有限合夥)(“合肥建恆新能源”)和肥西產業投資控股有限公司(“肥西產投”)，其中先進製造業基金二期出資15億元人民幣，合肥建恆新能源出資6億元人民幣，肥西產投出資4億元人民幣。
本次引入戰略投資者方案實施前，公司汽車安全事業部的控股主體為均勝安全控股，其中均勝電子持有均勝安全控股70.46%股權，先進製造業基金持有均勝安全控股13.13%股權，PAGAC Tea Holdings I Ltd.(簡稱“PAG”)持有均勝安全控股16.41%股權。
本次引入戰略投資者方案全部實施完成後，公司汽車安全事業部的控股主體將變更為安徽均勝控股，公司預計將持有安徽均勝控股約70%的股權，先進製造業基金、先進製造業基金二期、合肥建恆新能源和肥西產投預計將合計持有安徽均勝控股約30%的股權；安徽均勝控股預計將持有均勝安全控股約86%的股權，PAG預計將持有均勝安全控股約14%的股權。
本次公司汽車安全事業部在中國安徽新設汽車安全事業部控股主體並引進戰略投資者，汽車安全事業部將有更充裕的資金支持公司主被動安全業務的發展，推進汽車安全業務的全球資源整合，優化資產配置，並將有助於進一步提升公司汽車安全業務在中國市場的佔有率，特別是在新能源汽車以及智能駕駛領域的市場份額。
同時，戰略投資者先進製造業基金二期在先進製造業和汽車領域的投資積累和經驗資源將進一步助力公司業務的發展，繼續推動公司核心能力和運營效率的提升，幫助公司在產業拓展和經營戰略上打開新的成長空間。
合肥方戰略投資者合肥建恆新能源和肥西產投將以《合肥市“十四五”新能源汽車產業發展規劃》為導向，加快培育和發展新能源汽車產業，持續支持和引進優質企業，從政策、產業、資源、資金等方面全方位支持公司汽車安全業務的長期發展，助力公司汽車安全業務完善在中國特別是在合肥的產業鏈佈局，聚焦中國市場，把握新能源與智能駕駛汽車的發展機遇，促進公司汽車安全業務的長期可持續發展。
