新地(00016.HK)「Wetland Seasons Bay」首輪銷售套現逾9億元 週六再價單賣164夥
新地(00016.HK)代理總經理胡致遠在記者會上表示,集團旗下天水圍溼地公園旁住宅項目「Wetland Seasons Bay」第二期本週二(9日)首輪銷售136夥,即日全數沽清,套現超過9億元。買家當中有五成半來自屯門、元朗及天水圍區,另有一成半來自新界其他區域。
他指,項目已加推第三張價單共147夥,並推出第二份銷售安排,將於本週六(13日)次輪價單發售164夥。由於向隅客衆多,估計會繼續錄得超額認購登記。(ek/a) ~
