港股午評：恆指跌0.15% 內房股、光伏太陽能股集體上漲
港股上午盤三大指數下跌，恆指跌0.15%報24958點，國指跌0.04%報8907點，恆生科技指數跌0.06%報6346點。南下資金半日淨流入4.7億港元，大市半日成交額為706億港元。
盤面上，大型科技股騰訊跌近3%，網易、百度跌超2%，阿里巴巴跌1%；美國拒絕了對亞洲光伏製造商發起調查的請求，港股光伏太陽能股集體上漲；貸款投放提速，內房股集體拉昇；黃金股受通脹提振上漲，環保股、教育股、家電股、乳製品股、豬肉股、券商股、短視頻概念股、內險股走強。 昨日大漲的雲計算股、手遊股、醫美概念股、藥品股回調下跌，風電股、石油股、啤酒股、抗疫概念股下挫。
貸款投放提速 內房股集體上漲 融創中國和中國奧園漲超4%
港股內房股集體上漲，時代中國控股漲近6%，融創中國、中國奧園漲超4%，中國海外宏洋、龍光集團、碧桂園、龍湖集團、綠景中國等漲超3%，中國恆大、正榮地產漲超2%。 央行昨日公佈數據顯示，10月全國個人住房貸款環比多增超千億元，金融機構房地產貸款投放明顯提速。另據瞭解，10月份房地產開發貸款投放也大幅增長，11月首旬各行房地產貸款投放力度進一步加大，預計本月房地產貸款環比增長態勢仍將延續。
港股光伏太陽能股集體上漲：洛陽玻璃和保利協鑫能源漲超6%
洛陽玻璃股份和保利協鑫能源漲超6%領漲港股光伏太陽能股，水發興業能源漲5%，信義玻璃漲超3%，福萊特玻璃漲2%，協鑫新能源、新特能源、陽光能源、信義光能漲超1%。 據市場消息，美國拒絕了對亞洲光伏製造商發起調查的請求，美商務部認定亞洲公司沒有以低於正常值的價格銷售光伏電池。
黃金股集體上漲 紐約黃金期貨創近五個月新高
港A黃金股集體走強，其中港股招金礦業，中國白銀集團漲5%，中國黃金國際，山東黃金漲2%，紫金礦業漲1%；A股湖南黃金漲3%，赤峯黃金，銀泰黃金漲2%，山東黃金，中金黃金，紫金礦業跟漲。 美國通脹高漲態勢增強了黃金作為對沖通脹工具的吸引力，紐約黃金期貨五連陽，將近五個月來首次收盤逼近1850美元。
騰訊(0700.HK)跌超3% Q3業績跑輸預期
騰訊盤中一度跌3.43%報467港元，基本抹平了昨日漲幅，盤中成交額已超100億港元，最新市值約4.5萬億港元。 騰訊昨晚公佈業績顯示，2021年第三季度營收1424億元，同比增13%，但增速降至2004年以來最低，且低於市場預期的1455億元，主要受增值服務、廣吿等消費互聯網收入的拖累；毛利率環比下滑，從二季度的45.4%下滑到三季度的44.1%，略低於市場的預期44.6%；Non-IFRS歸母淨利潤317.5億元，同比下滑2%，為10年來首次下滑，且低於市場預期的324.7億元。
五菱汽車漲5% 附屬與欣旺達汽車電池簽署合資合作意向書
五菱汽車((0305.HK)現漲5.07%，報1.45港元，總市值48億港元。 五菱汽車發佈公吿，於2021年11月10日，公司非全資附屬公司柳州五菱汽車工業有限公司與欣旺達電子股份有限公司的非全資附屬公司欣旺達汽車電池簽署合資合作意向書，雙方有意向在廣西柳州共同投資組建涵蓋新能源汽車動力電池系統的合資企業。
