中偉股份(300919.SZ)：擬對合資公司追加投入 共同投資新建紅土鎳礦冶煉年產高冰鎳含鎳金屬3萬噸項目
格隆匯11月10日丨中偉股份(300919.SZ)公佈，公司於2021年11月10日召開第一屆董事會第二十一次會議，審議通過《關於全資子公司中偉香港新能源與RIGQUEZA 簽署紅土鎳礦冶煉年產高冰鎳含鎳金屬3萬噸(印尼)項目合資補充協議的議案》。
鑑於合資公司PT.ZhongTsing New Energy 在印度尼西亞完成註冊，且一期項目進入實施階段。基於雙方對紅土鎳礦冶煉高冰鎳產業持續看好，擬對合資公司追加投入，在印度尼西亞共同投資新建紅土鎳礦冶煉年產高冰鎳含鎳金屬3萬噸項目(“二期項目”)。經雙方友好協商，現就對合資公司追加投資、擴充產能有關事宜，達成本補充協議。
基於新能源汽車產業爆發性增長，成為引領世界綠色發展的主力產業，三元動力電池成為新能源汽車的主流動力。隨着新能源汽車長續航、高安全、低成本的發展趨勢，高鎳化趨勢繼續，三元材料鎳需求提速。根據中國有色金屬工業協會數據統計，國內三元前驅體對鎳需求量從2018年的7.9萬金屬噸，增長至2020年的12.9萬金屬噸，增長28%。未來高鎳三元前驅體對鎳的需求量將保持爆發式增長，鎳資源的戰略安全成為全行業共同關心的問題。
印度尼西亞是世界紅土鎳礦資源最豐富的國家之一，佔有世界紅土鎳礦儲量的10%以上，主要資源集中在蘇拉威西島和附近島嶼。公司與RIGQUEZA雙方共同在印度中蘇拉維西省摩洛哇麗縣印尼摩洛哇麗工業園區投建高冰鎳冶煉項目，將充分發揮各方優勢，在印尼開展鎳資源冶煉與深加工。該項目的建設有利於實現產業與資源的對接，通過鎳產品冶煉加工促使鎳礦資源達到最適宜的開採成本效率並集中資源，以提高冶煉產品的附加值。同時，該項目生產的高冰鎳是製造高純度硫酸鎳的原材料，高純度硫酸鎳是三元前驅體不可或缺的核心材料，將為公司業務的發展提供可靠的資源保障，打通並進一步優化公司原材料供給，進而降低公司高鎳三元前驅體生產成本。此次交易有助於公司構建完整的新能源材料上下游產業鏈，符合公司發展戰略方向，增加公司核心競爭力。
