五菱汽車(00305.HK)：擬與欣旺達汽車電池共建新能源汽車動力電池系統合資企業
格隆匯11月10日丨五菱汽車(00305.HK)宣佈，於2021年11月10日，公司非全資附屬公司柳州五菱汽車工業有限公司("五菱工業")與欣旺達電子股份有限公司的非全資附屬公司—欣旺達電動汽車電池有限公司("欣旺達汽車電池")簽署合資合作意向書，雙方有意向在廣西柳州共同投資組建涵蓋新能源汽車動力電池系統的合資企業。
公吿稱，合資合作意向書雙方初步約定合資企業的股權比例為50%:50%。主要業務為在柳州及周邊地區範圍內為客户開發、製造、交付並銷售汽車動力電池及其相關零部件，先期以電池包(PACK)為主，後續根據業務發展需要，雙方協商後可再增加電池模組、BMS等產品，並將合資企業業務擴大至其他地域及範。合資企業並將持續提升其自身在汽車動力電池領域的具有競爭力的產品和拓展外部市場的配套率。
董事會認為動力電池為新能源汽車的核心零部件，訂立合資合作意向書與欣旺達汽車電池建立合作伙伴關係有助集團提升技術及市場競爭力，有利集團新能源汽車業務的長遠發展。合資合作意向書自2021年11月10日簽署完成日起生效。除非根據該合作意向書的規定被提前終止，直至2021年12月31日保持有效。合資合作意向書可根據雙方協商一致後以書面形式延長有效期。
據悉，欣旺達汽車電池一家集動力電池CELL、MODULE、BMS、PACK研發、生產和銷售於一體的綜合性企業，目前在深圳設立銷售研發基地，惠州和南京兩大生產基地。欣旺達汽車電池致力於通過其先進的鋰電池集成技術，為全球新能源車企業提供電動汽車電池系統整體解決方案。欣旺達汽車電池積極採取為可持續經營奠定基礎的"三全戰略"，內容包括：(i)全產業鏈深度參與，培養綜合競爭力；(ii)全區域化戰略佈局，建立戰略客户資源；及(iii)全生命週期品質管制。目前欣旺達汽車電池建立了動力電池系統領域完整的研發、製造、測試評價能力，擁有完全自主智慧財產權的電池管理系統，高度的自動化電芯分選，模組組成和電池系統總成裝配全自動化生產線，並擁有海內外核心自主智慧財產權300餘項，並於2017年就被認定為國家高新技術企業。
